I have recently started to research the appropriate steps necessary in adjusting my diet for a marathon training program. Apparently, I need more carbs! This is a welcome change, as they tend to be cheaper, as well as tastier (since I have been avoiding them for so long). I will try this macronutrient ratio of 60% carbs, 20% protein, and 20% fat for now, and adjust as necessary. Though with the amount of running I've been doing, I'd imagine that I need that many carbs. I'm also thinking about sports nutrition as a possible career??Miles Since 4/23/05: 100
